The time it takes to migrate all emails from old email accounts into Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) can vary depending on several factors:

2. We will share all new passwords to your emails
   1. As an admin, you will be able to manage those emails and update the passwords if needed.
3. We will migrate all your email folders + messages
4. We will synch all emails to be up to date
5. We will then schedule a date for the switch – you can use your old hosting before the switch.
6. As soon as the switch is scheduled, we will update the MX records and point them to Gsuit.
7. We will support whoever is having issues reconnecting emails to Gsuit if needed.
8. Your team should follow those instructions to add new emails to Outlook.
