CK Website Design focuses on website infrastructure: server maintenance, domain management and malware cleanup for supported hosting environments. General office IT and hardware support are outside this service.
What access is required to investigate an issue?
The required access depends on the work and may include the server, hosting control panel, website administration or domain registrar. Access should be shared through an agreed secure method and removed when no longer needed.
What are your response expectations for support requests?
CK Website Design agrees response expectations during scoping. The standalone service does not include 24-hour emergency coverage unless that support is included in a separate written maintenance plan.
Can you guarantee that malware will not return?
No provider can guarantee that a website will never be compromised again. Investigation, cleanup and hardening reduce known exposure, while ongoing security also depends on updates, passwords, hosting and monitoring.
Do you take ownership of my domain?
No. The domain remains the client’s property. CK Website Design can assist with DNS, registrar transfers and renewal management while keeping the legal registrant details under the client’s control.
Where does server support end and hosting-provider support begin?
CK Website Design works on agreed software and configuration in supported server environments. Hardware failures, network outages and data-centre infrastructure remain the responsibility of the hosting provider.
