Question 1

How much does website design cost in Dublin?

Accepted Answer

Business websites with CK start from €4500 ex VAT and take three to four weeks. Online stores start from €7500 and take four to six weeks. Custom platforms start from €15000 and take six to twelve weeks. Timeframes run from the day we have everything we need to start. Your proposal sets the final price, based on page count, content, integrations and any migration.

Question 2

Why choose a website design agency over a freelancer?

Accepted Answer

Range and continuity. On a CK project, design, development, SEO and security are handled by specialists in each, coordinated by one project lead. The work runs to a written scope, and the same agency looks after the site once it is live, some clients for more than ten years.

Question 3

Who will I deal with during the project?

Accepted Answer

A named project lead, from the first call to handover. Your lead coordinates the designers, developers and SEO specialists on your project and updates you at each milestone.

Question 4

Do I own the website?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You own the site, the content and any custom code. On custom platforms, full code ownership transfers on final payment.

Question 5

Can I update the website myself?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We plan which parts your team will edit, then train you on them at handover. You also get a written manual and a recording of the training.

Question 6

What happens after launch?

Accepted Answer

Your first month of website care is free, and your team gets a recorded training session and a full manual. After that, you can look after the site yourself or move onto one of our care plans.

Question 7

Is SEO included?

Accepted Answer

The foundations are: page structure, titles, headings, internal links and speed. Ongoing SEO, such as content and link building, is a separate service.
